CMAA Membership
The Association includes the MacNeils of Barra, the McNeills of Colonsay, and the McNeills of Gigha. Spelling of these names is insignificant, as there is wide spelling differentiation, originating from our progenitor, Niall of the Nine Hostages, High King of Ireland from 379 to 405 A.D.
Others interested in “joining” our family without kinship connections are welcome, as well – an ancient and honorable Clan tradition.
